Admission Prerequisites & Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualifications
- English Language Proficiency
- Completion of Grade 9 or BP3 for admission to the Secondary level
- Completion of Grade 12 or BT3 for admission to the Undergraduate level
- Completion of Grade 11 or BT2, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, for admission to Diploma tracks
Applicants are required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency at the B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), evidenced by an officially recognized certificate or institutional assessment. Applicants who do not meet this requirement upon acceptance will be required to complete supplementary English language courses, the level of which will be determined based on the results of the institution's entrance examinations.

Applicants are required to complete the following two steps:
1. Online Application Fill out and submit the official application form through the institution's online portal.
2. Hard Copy Document Folder Applicants must prepare and submit a physical folder containing the following certified documents:
- Copy of the official State Certificate of Grade 9 or BP3
- School transcript of records
- Letter of recommendation from the most recent academic institution or professional organization
- Copy of a valid government-issued identification document
- Individual civil status record
- Family civil status record
- Medical report issued by a certified healthcare provider

Diploma Track applicants must submit one of the following:
- Option A — Academic Qualification Copy of Grade 11 completion certificate, BT2, or any certificate issued by a recognized higher education institution.
- Option B — Professional Experience Proof of a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the chosen field, certified and officially endorsed by the employing organization.

Admission Evaluation & Decision
An applicant is considered accepted into their chosen program upon fulfillment of all of the following criteria:
1. Practical Reasoning Assessment: The applicant must achieve a passing score in the Practical Reasoning & Problem-Solving Assessment. Applicants who do not meet the minimum required score will not be eligible to proceed with enrollment.
2. English Language Proficiency: The applicant must demonstrate one of the following:
- Sufficient English language proficiency as determined by the English Language Assessment, allowing direct entry into the program of study.
- Conditional acceptance, whereby the applicant is admitted into the program subject to the mandatory completion of supplementary English language courses, the level of which is assigned based on their assessment results.
3. Enrollment Confirmation & Tuition Deposit: Upon receiving an official offer of acceptance, the applicant must confirm their enrollment by submitting an initial tuition deposit within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the admission offer.
Entrance Examination Requirements
All applicants are required to sit for the following entrance examinations as part of the admissions process:
1. English Language Assessment: Applicants will undergo an English language examination aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The results will determine one of the following outcomes:
- The applicant demonstrates sufficient proficiency to proceed directly with their program of study.
- The applicant is required to complete supplementary English language courses, the level of which will be assigned based on their examination performance.
2. Practical Reasoning & Problem-Solving Assessment: Applicants will sit for a practical assessment designed to evaluate their critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities through real-life scenarios directly relevant to their chosen field of study. This assessment is intended not to test memorized knowledge, but to evaluate the applicant's capacity to think critically, adapt, and apply reasoning in contexts relevant to their future program of study.
